Policies


I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable, and I want to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs. However, in order to respect both my time and the time of other clients, I have implemented the following policies:

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Before the Session:

Full payment is required before the session begins.

  • After payment is successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details. Please keep this email for your records.
  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session to confirm the appointment. Cadences will be made for sessions booked on the same day.
  • Banking details will be provided after your session is confirmed.

Prepaid Packages

  • If a session is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, the session will count as used from the prepaid package.
  • We offer discounted prepaid session packages that require full payment in advance. These packages are non-refundable.

  • By booking a session with me, you agree to the terms outlined in this payment policy.

Same day bookings

  • To ensure your session is confirmed, payment must be made before the session begins.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24-Hour Notice Requirement:

  • I kindly require that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
  • This allows me to offer your time slot to someone else who may need it.

Extenuating Circumstances:

  • I understand that unexpected things happen. If you’re unable to attend a session due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact me as soon as possible. I will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee.

Late Cancellation Fee:

  • If a session is cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will stand, cadences will be made for extenuating circumstances.

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in no refund being issued.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Arriving Late:

  • I strive to begin and end all sessions on time to respect your schedule as well as mine. If you arrive late, I will do my best to provide you with the full session time, though this is not always possible.

More than 15 Minutes Late:

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your session, I will charge the full session fee, but the session will not extend beyond the scheduled time.
  • This means that the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and you will have a shortened session. This policy is in place to ensure that the next client’s session begins on time.
